I got my Bachelor of Business Administration in Switzerland. After a brief career as a business consultant for private and corporate clients, I changed course and graduated as an esthetician, followed by Traditional Naturopathy (ND). In addition, I got my certificate in Aromatherapy (distillation of essential oils) and Herbalism.

 

At the end of 1992, I returned to Cancun, Mexico to open my first business, "GRAF AROMATERAPIA" Skin Care Center, where I introduced the healing properties of aromatherapy oils in my unique SPA treatments, very new in Cancun in those days.

Simultaneously, I worked as a SPA Consultant for several hotel corporations like Le Meridien, JW Marriott, Iberostar, Barcelo, Royal Resorts, and for private clients. In the year 2000, I opened BERKANA International SPA Institute, which, together with a group of experts, trained SPA professionals in all areas.

GRAF NATURAL WELLNESS was incorporated in 2006, based in the USA. Continuously advancing my studies in natural medicine and holistic approaches, I received my re-certifications from the Trinity College, School of Natural Health in CNHP, Iridology, Diet and Integrative Nutrition (metabolic syndrome), Homeopathy and Bach Flower Remedies, Body Systems Functionality (Complete Anatomy and Physiology), Bodywork, Acupuncture (Acupressure and Magnet Therapy), EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), FTN Analysis and more. In 2011, I made a 2nd certification to become a Master Herbalist licensed in USA, became a Healing Touch Practitioner, Reiki Master, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini-breathwork Instructor. 

 

Being always fascinated with the unified field or quantum world, the power of visualization & frequency waves, later with the understanding of epigenetics, the science of neuroplasticity, & the principal knowledge of sacred geometry, I got my diploma and, became a Quantum Healing Hypnotherapist. In 2010, I then added quantum healing and bioenergetic technology to my everyday wellness practice.

 

I have joined several Associations, to mention a few; International SPA Association, Shaya Mishan, Asociación La Casa de Sanación Cuautla Mexico, The Holistic Association for Alternative Medicine, The National Association of CNHP, the HEIA and the PR Association of Cancun.

 

I consider myself so very blessed in many ways. I keep finding new trends, groundbreaking science and spiritual actualizations, holistic adventures filled with amazing people all over the world who I can share and continue learning from, students and teachers with beautiful souls that enrich my days!

 

Every day is a new day to learn new things. I thank life for giving me the opportunity to humbly be a channel for people who need a guiding hand. And on my path to self-enlightenment, to also be guided by great teachers to help me become a better person!

I believe that the earth's journey is to learn to love and become better beings. We are all students, becoming teachers, discovering who we truly are, and through unconditional love, what we are capable of.
